Fees

A fifty minute therapy session is $110.  At this time, I accept cash, check and credit card. 

24 Cancellation Policy

If you do not keep your scheduled appointment and have not notified me with at least 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay a $50 fee.  

Insurance

I currently accept the following insurance plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (Carefirst)

• Cigna

• Johns Hopkins Employer Health Plan (EHP)

• Out of Network Reimbursement with some insurance companies

*You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider for a portion or all of the services provided. Contact your insurance company for more information.   Here are some helpful questions that you may want to ask your insurance company prior to the first session:

• Do I have mental health/behavioral health insurance benefits?

• What is the co-pay for these services?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

• Is prior authorization necessary?

• What are the benefits for in network vs. out of network providers?
